Program Description
Rubicon Performance LLC ("Rubicon," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Groundwork platform, an automated messaging assistant that sends SMS text messages on behalf of the local service businesses it serves (for example, home-service, detailing, and real-estate businesses). When you contact one of these businesses, our assistant replies to confirm your inquiry, ask qualifying questions, and help schedule a callback or appointment. These are customer-care messages relating to the service you requested. Every conversation is initiated by you.
How You Opt In (Consent)
You consent to receive text messages when you either (a) submit a lead or contact form on a business's website or funnel, where a consent line appears beside the submit button, or (b) text the business's published phone number directly. You are not required to provide consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is not transferable and is not obtained through purchased or third-party lists.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business you contacted (for example, follow-up questions and appointment scheduling).
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opting Out and Getting Help
To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further messages unless you opt back in (reply START to resubscribe).

Carrier Liability
Carriers (including, without limitation, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy

Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Effective date" above accordingly.
