Messaging is initiated by you: you opt in either by submitting a lead or contact form on a business's website or funnel (which includes a consent line beside the submit button) or by texting the business's published number directly.
Your mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or lead generators. This applies even where other sections of this policy permit data sharing — those provisions expressly exclude your text-messaging opt-in and consent information.
